My diary it is sometimes where I draw when I forget my sketchbook. It is very helpful to have a piece of paper when you are in front of something interesting and your sketchbook is at home.

It was the second challenge and I draw it when I was waiting the train in Sants' Station.

La calle Lisboa, Barberà del Vallès

Container is one of our latest challenge in USk Spain. But it was not David and me main aim to come here. In fact it was David's suggestion. Industry in Barberà, like in other cities, is becoming frozen. I mean, crisis is pushing industry to close because demand is decreasing. Buildings behind the fence are mostly empty. There are people who hasn't got a job since six month, they are desperate. That's the situation and it seems we can not do anything.

Los contenedores es uno de nuestros últimos retos en USk Spain. Pero éste no era nuestro objetivo al llegar aquí. De hecho fue una sugerencia de David. La industria en Barberà, como en otras ciudades, se está congelando. Es decir, la crisis está empujando a la industria a cerrar porque la demanda está cayendo. Los edificios de detrás de la valla están en su mayoría vacios. Hay gente que desde hace seis meses no tiene trabajo. Esta es la situación y parece que no podemos hacer nada.

Cornellà de Terri

I have enjoyed this last weekend with my family and our friends and their children in Cornellà de Terri. I have drawn these sketches in this beatiful and peaceful place. At home I feel tired but happy. Thank you to all of you mothers, fathers and children!
